Streamlined Claim Process
If you’re eligible for direct claim dental insurance, we’ll submit your claim directly through our system. This means you won’t need to make a payment after your appointment for treatments covered by your insurance.
For self-claim dental insurance, payment is required after your appointment. We’ll provide you with a detailed invoice to help you easily submit your claim for reimbursement through your HR department.

Preparation for Your Visit
We can verify your insurance benefits before your appointment to ensure a smooth visit. If you’re eligible for direct billing (cashless), we’ll bill your insurer directly. For self-reimbursement, we’ll provide detailed invoices to support your claim. Our friendly reception team is always happy to help.

Seamless Experience
Upon arrival for your appointment, please present your NRIC/FIN Card and Dental Insurance card, complete the registration and insurance forms, and you’ll be ready to see our dentist. If you are under direct claim, simply book your next appointment after your treatment, and we will handle the rest.
