Hwee Yi is a dedicated Oral Health Therapist committed to delivering patient-centered and preventive dental care. She holds a Diploma in Oral Health Therapy and is fully registered with the Singapore Dental Council.
With five years of experience at Health Promotion Board as a Higher Dental Therapist, Hwee Yi has developed a strong focus on patient education and gentle, empathetic treatment. She has a special interest in paediatric dental care and helping children build positive, lifelong oral health habits. In addition, she also provides periodontal care for adult patients, supporting them in managing gum health and maintaining long-term oral wellness.
Known for her calm and reassuring approach, Hwee Yi strives to ensure every patient feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their dental journey. She actively pursues ongoing professional development and continually expands her skillset to provide the highest standard of care. Her commitment to inclusive care is reflected in her completion of training in Dental Care for People with Special Needs, ensuring patients of all abilities feel supported and respected. Hwee Yi has also been awarded the COVID-19 Resilience Medal for her contributions to Singapore’s national fight against the pandemic.
Outside of the clinic, Hwee Yi enjoys staying active through pilates, spending quality time with loved ones and enjoys collecting Pokémon cards, which often becomes a fun conversation starter with patient
