Our Marine Parade clinic is led by Dr. James Leem, BDSc (University of Melbourne, 2014) and a member of the Singapore Dental Association. He has practised in both Australia and Singapore, and his day-to-day clinical focus at this clinic is implant and restorative dentistry.

The clinic sits along East Coast Road, directly opposite i12 Katong — a few minutes from Parkway Parade and Marine Parade Central, and an easy walk or short drive from Joo Chiat, Still Road, Amber Road, Telok Kurau and Siglap.
Parking is available just outside the clinic rather than in a mall car park, which matters more than it sounds: you are not counting down a grace period during a longer appointment, and you are not circling for a lot afterwards. For families, it also means you can park, walk in, and walk out without a child in tow navigating a shopping centre.
If town is more convenient on a weekday, our Tanjong Pagar clinic offers the same range of treatment, and your records move between the two.

How each amount is made up
Every figure above is the CPF surgical limit for that procedure’s TOSP table, plus the consumables allowance of up to $830. A single implant, for example, is $1,120 for the surgery plus up to $830 in consumables — $1,950 in total.
The crown is not claimable
MediSave covers the surgical placement of the implant, not the crown and abutment that go on top — those are restorative, not surgical, and are paid for separately.
Which TOSP table applies to your case is confirmed only after an X-ray or scan and a clinical examination, and surgical limits are set by CPF Board and subject to change. What if I don’t have enough jawbone for a dental implant?
Bone grafting can rebuild bone volume in the jaw so an implant can be placed securely. Bone levels are assessed at your consultation using X-rays or a scan, and grafting is recommended either before implant placement or at the same appointment, depending on how much bone is missing. In the upper back jaw, a sinus lift may be needed instead of or alongside a graft.
What is the difference between an implant-supported overdenture and All-on-4?
Both use implants to support replacement teeth. An overdenture is removable and clips onto a small number of implants, giving more stability than a conventional denture at a lower cost. All-on-4 is a fixed bridge on four implants per arch that you do not take out, and it functions more like natural teeth. Which suits you depends on your bone levels, your budget and whether you would rather clean a removable appliance or a fixed one — that is what the consultation is for.
Is dental implant surgery at Marine Parade claimable under MediSave?
Yes. Dental implant surgery is on MOH’s approved list of surgical procedures, and you can claim up to $1,950 per implant — a $1,120 surgical limit plus up to $830 in consumables. Bone grafting is claimable up to $1,950, and a sinus lift up to $2,220 for one side or $3,210 for both.
